Abby's has a great atmosphere! They had quick service and the food was yummy. We got a nice little table in a room away from the rest of the lunch crowd. I wish they had a bigger variety of sides; everything had rice and beans. But overall they were friendly and great!

Ordered delivery. I ordered the Pollo Coco, which has gone up to $19.99. when it came, it was awful. Everything was swimming in sauce, I couldn't even eat the spinach, it was totally soaked up in the sauce. The shrimp tasted a little fishy, which told me they weren't fresh. I don't know if they changed cooks there, I had never gotten a bad meal before. But after this last time I don't know if I will be going back for a long time, if not, at all.

Our first time here and is very good. Nice atmosphere. Great service. No waiting. We have 3 kids and they had a nice selection for them.. We will definitely be back

Great food! Horrible customer service, I order lunch regularly and without fail there is always something wrong with the order. Today specifically my order was delivered incomplete and I was overcharged and told that what was missing was not on my ticket, I was charged $11.75 for a $8.99 meal. When I asked for an explanation as to why I was charged an incorrect amount I was told they cannot give me an answer because the person who took my order over the phone wasn't there and they didn't know when he would be back. Sorry you have lost my business.

Everything is delicious here. The regular menu and the lunch menu are very reasonable. Rice and beans are yummy! Customer service is always great here. Keep up the good work guys!
