Excellent gym for someone who lifts. Good benches, a few squat racks, lots of free weights, and plenty of machines for isolation work. They have been improving the place a lot since I first signed up a year ago.

This place is awesome. If you want to pay your rent in membership fees, join any other gym in NewYork. If you want a place to work out that is affordable and has great people-watching, go here.
