since i been coming here i have not been no where other than here great customer service. i even recumbent family and friends here

I went there in 2014 and after spending almost 400.00 for glasses the prescription was wrong , it took over 6 months for them to return my glasses to me during which time I had to do the eye exam twice, my lens was broken twice and then they still gave me my glasses with the wrong prescription. I was given the run around and then was told something was wrong with my eyes and would not fix them or refund my money.
Mind you I had to pay out of pocket for another exam at another optician because my insurance would not cover anther exam in the same year.
The other place I went to got it right after one exam .
The sad thing is I am stuck with a $400.00 pair of glasses from Absolute that I have no use for . The girls who work there had no power over what was going on and tried to be sympathetic but the owner and some other guy intervened ..DO NOT GO THERE. I just saw the of no use glasses in my drawer and it made me remember that I never reviewed them.

The worst customer service ever ..The owner was the chief offender .

After several attempts in hoping to get my vision tested, I finally saw the doctor. It was a lady, West African I presume. She was unprofessional the entire time, kept asking me if I was so scared because I should be. Then , she proceeded to pick up her private call in the middle of testing my eye. A wiser and more polite option would be to put your phone on silence. That all would have been looked over by me had the prescription she given to me were correct. When I got my glasses, the prescription was hurting my eyes and ground outside when I walked was severely lopsided, like the ground itself was moving. My advice, go to a real optometrist, not this Quack of a doctor.

I hate this place, the people keep giving me the run around about what my insurance will pay for and what I coverage. I can never get no straight answer from them. First they tell me my insurance was gonna pay for it and i did my eye testing to get my medicine for my eyes and then I HAVE to pay all this money for extras to get my eyeglasses. After all of this my total was so much higher than what i could just pay out of my own pocket. I will never go back here ever....
