Waited in the house today for 3 hours and no one showed up or called. I read the other reviews so I sort of knew to expect this but was really hopeful. Well, that was stupid. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment I am back to square one...so frustrating!!!

Third time they come for my refrigerator repair. The window they give you is 8-4 not 8-12 or 12-4. So u have to stay home all day waiting for them. They are terrible.
