First of all i want say big thanks for abhayayoga for providing me excellent yoga teacher training new york. I was very upset in last few months because my weight is too much. but when my friend told me about it then within a one week i have joined its and got somee effective results with my body.

I took a class with Aaron Angel, who has a kind, warm presence. Sunrise yoga is early, but it's worth getting up for so you can watch the fog burn off the Empire State Building across the river. Magic! Everything is clean and bright. It's not my neighborhood, but I can't wait to come again!

Taking a private with Tara is priceless. I encourage all yogis to do privates a couple times a year to really further their practice.

Oh, my God! Amassing studio! It is worth it to come just for a view, just to take a breath away on the morning for Sunrise and in the evening for Sunset! Such a personal, warm attention from teachers. For me, as for health practitioner so important attention in the class to alignment and modification as necessary tools for staying of injury, to heal and have fun!
