Aberdeen Car Wash Inc

Mr. & Mrs. Horakh - Mr. Horakh had visited our establishment and purchased an exterior car wash for $8.55 last week for a blue Ford box van. Your rear wiper broke and the receptionist had called me while I had stepped out to the bank across the street. My father was not present in our establishment when this situation occurred. When the receptionist contacted me and stated that your wiper had broke, I asked her to write down your information and I will contact you later that day, just as we do with ANY customer. **Just because we have a sign, that does not mean we turn our heads and shun away customers - ask ANY loyal customer who has been coming here for years.** By the time I arrived, you were across the street speaking to a patrol officer, and I had walked inside - I learned it was you because my receptionist informed me that you were across the street speaking to a police officer. By the time I walked to my office to put bank paperwork away, another patrol car arrived and you were speaking with the second officer regarding filing a police report. During this point in time, I had no interaction with you whatsoever, I had no chance to. When the officer and you had stepped inside, you had a terrible attitude and demeaning manner towards myself and other customers in the lobby area, you soon exited the lobby after using profanity. At this point in time, is where I still had not spoken a word to you, the officer looked at me and had no words to gather because of your undermining behavior.

All you had to do was introduce yourself, explain the situation when I had arrived and we would have taken care of it - fairly simple, right? Unfortunately for you, you did not have the patience to wait 5 minutes until someone of authority could arrive and have the matter handled accordingly. You are more than welcome to file a civil complaint in court over a wiper blade since you seem to have enough time on your hands.

This is not my first successful business venture and isn't my last. I know how to treat my customers and I treat them very well, but sometimes you can't fix ignorant. Have a great day!

Mr. Horakh, you did not speak with me, nor did you give me the chance to make it right. You being a Master Sgt. has no relevance to your wiper breaking. We treat every single one of our customers equally, regardless of their employment background, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. I had simply asked the receptionist over the phone, to ask you, for your information so I could take purchase a new wiper for you later that day since I was not present when the situation occurred. Apparently that was not good enough for you and you wanted the part fixed right at that second. There is nothing I can do about that. Have a great day.

Ripped me off. Damaged my vehicle, and then they were incredibly rude AND insisted that I still be charged me for the car wash. I will not be coming here again.

I went there about a month ago to get my vehicle cleaned for trade in, and their machine ripped my rear windshield wiper off. I calmly explained it to the receptionist who apologized and went to get the manager (owner's son) who then, after I waited, had the owner come over. When he came out not only was he incredibly rude, but he is under the assumption that having a sign that says he is not liable actually makes him not liable in the eyes of the law. If I sent my car in dirty and undamaged then it should have come out clean and undamaged. When I did not get a receipt I called the police to get a police report. Any good business would have gladly said, "Show me the price before you get it fixed and if it is reasonable then I will reimburse you." That was not the case.

To the readers: Would you trust that a business owner cared about his customers after reading, "This isn't my first successful business, and it won't be my last." That is the attitude I was met with when I brought this matter to the owner's and the owner's son's attention. I am a 66 year old man and a retired Master Sergeant. Thank you for showing your true colors to the readers of these reviews. We most certainly had interaction. You and I were with the officer and you even told the officer you were not responsible. I looked at the officer and told him, "That's why I called you here for a police report."

I visited this car wash after hearing great reviews from my friends. I purchased the Ultimate package for $29.99 because my car needed it. They vacuumed the entire car, washed all of the mats and armor alled the entire inside of the vehicle. They did an AWESOME job and I highly recommend any customer to visit them! The owner and manager are very nice too!

Went 15 minutes before closing, car went through with no problems. Before my car went through they asked me if they had to do anything special. My back seats were down so I told them to just do the floors. Seems like they still did a pretty thorough job!

I recently bought a used mini van and decided that I wanted to have the interior detailed. I have been getting all of our cars washed at Aberdeen Car Wash for years and have always loved the service. Bud (the owner) is always personable and professional and was able to schedule my detailing appointment for a Sunday (not something they are normally able to accommodate because of how busy they are). Not only did they do an incredible job detailing the inside of our van, the price could not be beat. The interior looks incredible, every nook and cranny was cleaned, the carpets were washed getting every spot out and the leather was cleaned with a leather cleaner. The van looks incredible.

I would highly recommend Aberdeen Car Wash for any job big or small. If you want a real world review look at how long the line is on a weekend. They must do a great job to have that many cars lined up to the street waiting to get in!!
