The definition of incompetence and bad service, could not do one thing right and everything took so long for no result!! Extremely disappointing...

I usually never write review and this is the 1st time i,m ever writing one. I got a couple of jackets online and the size was just not right. I went into the store asking for a smaller size. They checked on their system. Then checked with the store at 5th Ave. Finally they went to their store and went through the whole lot get to fix me up with my right size.
Shout out to the awesome staff there.... I think the lady that helped me as Calrence...
You surely enjoy your shopping experience when the staff is awesome!!!!
