Abe's of Maine

I thought this was the best experience. I had ordered a samsung 4k 3d curved tv through amazon and there was a problem with it. I talked a customer service rep over at abe's of maine the guys name is jason and man did that guy help me out. He was extremely polite and very very helpful. I would totally recomend this company to anybody. Thank you again for all the help and making this an awesome experience. Thank you!

Bait and switch company. Rude and unprofessional customer service. Ordered a Sony RX100M3 camera and was asked to call and confirm the order. Then on the phone was told that the camera is import model. I said thats fine, oh but wait, the firmware is in japanese and only comes with a 1 hr battery. Complete BS company. Stay away and buy from reputable places like B&H and Adorama.

Very misleading operation! The pulled the bait and switch for me too and then tried to sell me more along with the lens I was trying to purchase. And then I called to cancel my order and they kept trying to change my mind and then tell me it would be a hassle to pull my order off the line. Still cancelled my order. EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS.

I attempted to purchase a 55" LG OLED tv. A few days after the order was placed, I received a phone call from the store stating that I had ordered the "commercial version" of the tv that had a slower processor and no US warrant despite their webpage stated a limited US warranty. The price on the website was $1455. I was offered a "US" version of the same tv for $1799 minus a $50 discount and "white glove shipping." The tv model number offered on the website is exactly the same as ones being sold on other websites with were home versions with full USA warranty. As another reviewer stated, pure bait and switch. There was no other version of the tv offered on the website so it is clearly a scam.

I bought from Abe's a Sony XBR75X940C 75-Inch. The price was excellent compared to its competitors. Not only was the set discounted, but they did not charge me for the shipping and the full motion wall mount. Delivery took three (4) days longer than expected but it was due to AM Home Delivery poor customer's service. Overall, I give this company an A+ despite its bad reviews!
