If I can give this a negative rating I would. This guy is a 100% scammer. He promises a lot of things and doesn't get ANYTHING done. My house is stripped almost "naked." 80% of the siding is missing, the windows are half done, the door was installed but not properly, the backyard is a mess, because my house was stripped down before the winter as winter approached the pipes were exposed and ruptured which caused a preposterous amount of water to leak through the ceiling of my kitchen via the lights, and cracks. I cannot express enough how horrible of a human being this person is. Chuck is scum, pure scum, he doesn't have the decency to say "Hey I took this mans HARD EARNED money, let me get this job done and move on with the next project." He gives people good deals and then makes promises, strips down your house leaves it like that for in my case almost 2 years and then knows that its a long process to get the money back to the owner and takes advantage of that. Not this person I'm going to great lengths to get the money that I worked countless hours for. I Hope to see this man get multiple fines and even arrested for this wrong doing. I will tell EVERYONE about this low life scum and what "it" does to all those people who came in the cross fire of this pathetic excuse of a human being.

CALL BERGEN COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRS BEFORE ALLOWING CHUCK INTO YOUR HOME!! We didn't and completely regret it! He gave us a low price and we signed a contract with him. That marked the worst mistake we have EVER made in our lives!! He never completed the job and left us with a total mess. After numerous unanswered calls and texts to Chuck, we had to pay thousands of dollars to repair his shoddy work and complete the rest of the project. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST - Chuck Masterson! He took all of our money and ran. He has not responded to any form of communication and made a lot of broken promises. We have been left without a kitchen and bathroom for 4 months now and Chuck promised it would be complete in 4 weeks. He has excuse after excuse and nothing adds up. He lied to us about the materials he was using and we found out when it was too late. He will promise you a low cost to wheel you in, the real cost will be discovered later. Do not let him into your home unless you want to be a victim of consumer fraud and robbery!!!

Awful business practice. Will take your deposit and never show up to do the job. They came to my home and left demo mess and has not returned phone calls.

On 9/23/2013, I gave Charleston Masterson a check for $4041.65 for 2 sliding glass doors and 3 windows (doors standard size, windows small but not standard size) with the installation cost to be paid on install. The windows and doors were to be installed in October. No call, no work done. I called said end of November, end of November came and went. I called and he said the week of January 20th. On the 24th, I called and asked for my money back. He has been holding on to the money since and promised that the payment would be made within 30 days of his last email, April 14. Needless to say, no check has been received. He claims now that as I knew his mother in law, he was going to do the work at cost to him (which I distinctly said I did not want any SPECIAL handling as it was a business venture that I was replacing the doors and windows on). He now presents himself as the poor person who was doing a favor - I wanna know how that is the case. I ordered the sliding glass doors and the cost to me from Home Depot without the installation was $2200. $1800 for 3 windows
without installation does not seem like a deal to me. I think it's his and his wife's BS
