Unprofessional is an understatement! I had a wedding reception on Aug 6th @4pm and requested just a 30ft red carpet and portable bar to be delivered anywhere between 12pm-3pm on that day. I received a call the day before saying they did not have a 30 ft red carpet. (Yes, a day before my wedding they called to tell me this.) I was trying to be understanding and accepted the two 15ft red carpets. On the day of my reception the red carpet and the bar was a no show at 4pm. I called Abbotts back and whoever the receptionist is acted like i was bothering her and annoying her by simply asking where the carpet and bar were. ITS MY WEDDING DAY!! Then the driver calls at 4:22pm to very rudely announce that he was 30min away. Yes, guests were already there, what was the point of the red carpet now??!!!!! I tried to call ABBOTS BACK MULTIPLE TIMES to ask about their customer service policies and to speak to a manager but apparently they were screening not only my calls but also my wedding planners and my husband. NO ONE ANSWERED US!!! Please use my experience as a lesson and proceed with caution. They do not care about customers or being on time. One star is way to much to give. So i had no red carpet and no bar for my wedding reception and they also "do not know if a refund is possible". Tried to contact the manager but no answer.
