WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY DELIVER YOU DAMAGED FURNITURE AND WHEN YOU TRY TO HAVE THEM FIXED IT, THEY GIVE YOU HELL AND THE RUN AROUND..EVEN TRY TO LIE ABOUT HAVING YOUR FURNITURE FIX. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE TO BE FIXED SINCE DECEMBER 2.2015...AND ITS JAN 2.2016. NOW IM GOING TO HAVE TO PROBABLY TAKE THEM TO COURT CAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY THEM A DIME UNTIL MY SERVICES ARE RENDERED. ...

The people who work there are really lovely and very helpful. The store is loud and it takes a long time to process anything. All I wanted to do was rent a chair for a month with a credit card or cash and I had to give them 4 references, tell them my social security number and disclose income, workplace etc.
While I understand this is their policy, They should offer the customer to leave a deposit for the entire worth of the chair OR give that information. This would have had be out of the store in 20 minutes rather than the hour plus I was there. This is Aarons policy NOT the store.
The reason why I only gave them 3 stars is because their whole delivery system is awful. They won't give you the telephone number of the delivery place - and I was told that they use an outside vendor - which I believe is not accurate as when they DID call, the caller ID said Aaron's. They gave me only a 12 hour window and I was told that someone would call 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before they arrived. They called me from the lobby - i was at work, luckily I had someone waiting in my apartment for the chair.
On pick up, the day that was arranged, they called ON the day that they were supposed to pick up that they couldn't make it until the next day. When I asked for a time frame they said before noon. Its now after noon and I called the store at 11:38 and after she checked with the delivery company told me that they were on their way to me and they had left over an hour ago. I asked if they were coming directly to me and she said yes. She said that they are unable to tell exactly where they are because of the types of phones they have but it is clear that someone is not giving the correct information as I just spoke to the delivery person (also very nice) who said that he will be here in about 30 minutes because he had another stop to make. As I said, EVERYONE couldn't be nicer but seriously they need to tighten up their act.
