You give them money and then all a sudden they need more co-signers,references,pay stubs and whatever they can come up with , they weren't clear n straight up from the first time I called, they give you the run around big time , they seem careles and are not professional at all,they put you on hold forever that you end up hanging up and calling back.. 1 star is too much for this company, I'd say don't trust them don't go there or prepare yourself for a major disappointment..NO ONE in this company cares they just want money and are very nonchalant about everything!!!!!

I had a crazy case from 1985, not only did the bail agent have to instruct the clerks and sheriffs, how to do the paperwork, and additional driving violation was found from 1981. The bond agent "Jenn" stayed with my wife until everything was addressed and corrected. Not that I see any future need for a Bail Bond Agency in my future, I can assure you I would always go t Aarons first!

My experience there was horrible! To get you in there, they act all nice and caring. Once they get your money, no matter how little the amount, they start giving you the runaround. They give you a couple days and PRETEND they're working on your file and then they start telling you that you need co-signers and MORE MONEY, which is the key! By the time they've completely drained you of your time, patience and good manners, they tell you that their "insurance Department" won't approve the bail (2+ weeks later), which is bullshit!
Aaron Bail Bonds is a company built upon deception, bait and switch is their game. The staff is only professional until they get your money then they treat you like you don't matter! The staff is unprofessional, to say the least. This company frauds people!! I wouldn't even send the family of someone who committed a crime against me to use them! They are despicable and they give bail bonds business a bad name!! Aaron Bail Bonds should definitely be shut down and I will do everything in my power to start the process!!! I haven't even gotten to the refund department and how ghetto they are....they lie to you and then when they're cornered, they (KAREN) hang up on you!!! I believe that they use the money that we all bring in there to keep running their business...Too many people demand refunds and it takes forever to receive it. They claim to have mailed my check out on July 1st. I still haven't received it and they claim it's because of the July 4th holiday....I contacted my post office to get confirmation on their lies. I should have been in receipt of my refund no later that Thursday, 7/7 or Friday 7/8 and that's taking the holiday into consideration!!! I hate to be played, lied to or deceived.
Their business model is despicable and not one loser that I've spoken to has any class or manners. I asked to speak to Tony or Mike, the supposed owners, but they're never around.
I have been through enough so I'm the last person these low lives want to f**k with!! After they played me for too many days, I went to MISS NANCY'S BAIL BONDS in Mt. Holly and she had my son out in an hour!!!!
DO NOT USE AARON BAIL BONDS!!! They are GHETTO to say the least....They are nothing but a bunch of thugs hiding behind the business name. I hope Tony and Mike, both, see these reviews as maybe it will open their eyes to what their bottom of the barrel employees have done to their reputation!!!
Don't let the star fool you...you have to give them at least one UNDESERVING star in order to post this complaint!

Best Bail Bonds company in the State of New Jersey, cheapest and faster than any other bail bonds I ever heard of. They were able to get my boyfriend out of jail the same day and the bail was 150k! 100% Reliable and professional.

This company should be behind bars.
They quote you a price , by the time your done it's a different price. By this time they kept you on hold all day. You have to hang up and call them back. It took me from 1:00 pm until 10:00 pm to get them the paperwork.
They don't tell you what you need at once.
They tell you in drips and drabs.
They make you jump thru hoops.
What a terrible experience. This company sucks. DONT USE THEM.
