Horrible. They claim your refund takes 3 to 5 business days they waited 8 days just to even mail it out. They always scammed me saying the defendant kept calling them to call me to post bail which was FALSE he called once to say he was ROR. They knew i could not talk to defendant ao they suckered me for a unneeded unethical way of payment and business

Absolute garbage service, they keep you on hold forever or flagrantly hang up. They say it's 1 percent but that's illegal in the state of Nj. They are a pure scam, do not do business here!

They are a bunch of liers....I have every recorded convo between myself and Aaron's staffs in regards to a bail....I gave them my $ they told me they will start process I was good...I called to see how long before they go bail my friend out I was told I needed another signature, I said no that's not what was said they hung up on me I couldn't get back in contact with no one...I was still on there property when I asked for my $ back they told me with 3-5days...I said I just gave my $ 5min ago I want my $ they refuse to give it back.......DO NOT USE AARON'S

Everything about this place is horrible! They are definitely the worst to deal with in every way. All the previous comments are on point. They make it seem so easy n simple just to get you there. After being told they only needed $400 n 2 co signers the truth was we had to get an additional $800, 9 references and 3 cosigners. Once they got all that they promised person would be released that night (Saturday ) didnt happen! They were closed the next day so i couldnt get any answers till Monday. Story doesnt end there but my review will.. all in all this place is terrible.

Horrible! After taking my money (having to come back with more money a second time) and coming back with a Co signer (they said they didn't need) and 2 separate visits they told me (after waiting HOURS) they wouldn't write the bond since there was a few small separate bonds in separate towns. Never once did they call the county until after they took my money.. CASH.. and wouldn't return the cash for another 3-5 days! The cash was sitting right there! Go to Reliable & Affordable Bail Bonds in New Brunswick! They helped me out of a tough spot!
