Worst place ever been to .managers is jackass .never experienced a place that a manager has no clue on managing a shop don't have no clue on writing up work orders and dealing with insurance companies.don't inform customers on parts and labor . And not willing to work with Customer on price ,to charge a customer over $300 for transmission filter and fluid it was ridiculous. Mechanics was very helpful but they need to get rid of the manager . I should have noticed the clues when you stàrted talking to the manager and he had no clue on transmissions testing and procedure and idealings with insurance company. I say beware

This particular AAMCO franchise was extraordinary. I had a severe transmission problem with my vehicle, they had it up and running within a few days and at an amazing price. Customer service was the finest I've ever seen in the transmission business, they notified me for every single process of the step.

i was over there about two weeks ago it was the best experience i ever had the people there where vary caring about my needs it was quick accessible and vary convenient. my car problem was fixed and i didnt even have to worry about something happening again to it.

I went to the one in lynbrook and had an awful time with them. The people were rude and Aamco false advertisements within their company.

My Acura TL had it's annual transmission issues. Management at this location worked with me in terms of pricing and I haven't had any more issues. This is a go-to Aamco.
