Great customer service, quick repair time, and without costly repairs.

In Sept. 2015 the transmission on my Saab went, I took it to Aamco under the direction of my warranty Co. What Lou and Danny did for me I will be forever thankful. They worked diligently to get my car up and runing to standard condition while dealing with the warranty Co(not great). THANK YOU guys for all your hard work and getting them to do the right thing. I will always trust you with my cars, and although not close to me well worth the trip. They are all an A Team.

Lou is the best. I had a problem with my gear shifter and my rig was not driving smoothly at all. He fixed my shifter and explained the issue I was having with the "clunky ride." I followed his advice and my SUV is fixed. I would say I saved at least 60% of what I thought I was going have to pay. It was the best mechanic experience I have ever had.

Lou is very knowledgeable, competent and most of all honest, and he makes sure his shop is run accordingly. He could have ripped apart my transmission and charged me a lot of money, but did not. If your having an issue with your vehicle, take it to Lou , you won't be disappointed.

After all research on brake service, I found this place trustworthy from the reviews it has on google. But unfortunately it came out to be a troublesome. I dropped my car at 1:30 pm and the store manager told me that you will get a call from us regarding what's need to be fix and you will get your car on the same day by 6 pm. Neither I get the call from them and when I called them they told me that they haven't check the issue and you will not be able to get your car by the end of the day. So, I suggest to people that you make sure that you will get your car done by the time they mention and I will not give them business in future.

I had a great experience coming to this location. Personnel were helpful and respectful. I really recommend this place to get replace for a new transmission. Don't go to dealerships they are not help at all. Thank you AAmco of jersey city for that wonderful experience.
