I made a two day car reservation online. The rates were some of the best in the area, and the website was fairly easy to navigate. So far, so good. Then when I went to pick up the car, the store was closed and completely gated. I waited for a while in case any employees might simply be running late. After a while I called the main branch number and I was told that they weren't renting out any cars due to oncoming inclement weather. Okaaay. While this was an incredible inconvenience for me, I do understand that this may have been an appropriate business practice. I realize a person wants to protect their investment. My dissatisfaction has more to do with the absence of any kind of notification (email, text, phone call, etc.), the lack of any personnel at the store during work hours, and the unjustified attitude I received from the manager I spoke with on the phone. Completely unprofessional all around.
