Now, I previously would've given them 5 stars, They always did a fantastic job at threading. (That is all I ever go for.) I used to go in, the young girl did exactly what I wanted. She even did a fantastic head massage.
However, this last time was, OK. I had a woman I'd never had before. She asked me, "Did you pluck?" Yes of course I did! I along with many people out there don't always have the time to stop in and get a threading all the time. Or, say for example I have like 10 hairs that need to be pulled. Not, a whole eyebrows worth. I said I wanted them fairly thin. As I grew up with thick eyebrows and despised them. She told me to leave them. (Basically to let them grow in.) Because when I got home I noticed several spots that should've been threaded. Yes, it is only $4, but I'd rather pay an extra couple bucks and not have to take care of the remaining hairs. I think that she felt my eyebrows should've been longer, towards my nose. Because she said she left some hairs for them to grow in and be even. I liked them the way they were, with the few hairs actually gone. So, I plucked them. They would take SOOOO LONG to grow back in. I'm not looking cock-eyed.

Yes, I will go back again. They are the closest place to me that does threading. YES, I would recommend them to a friend.. However, I would say to inspect your eyebrows thoroughly before getting out of the chair. Have them fix any issues you want. It is your money and tip spent. YES, cheapies, the right thing to do in 2015 is tip for any service. At lease 15 - 20 %. Because the issues I have with them really fall back on that I could've spoke up.

Went to get my eyebrows done, and I had to point out to the woman how many spots she missed threading when she was "done". Otherwise my hubby goes here for haircuts, and they've done an absolute job at destroying his style every time. He gave it another try and this time he had to go back again to show them they only trimmed half his hair!? #outraged

I couldn't believe all the bad reviews, I have never had a bad experience here. They do a very good job at threading my brows, they only charge 4$, and they are the cheapest at facial waxing around. They certainly are not the fanciest place in town, but I feel I get more than I pay for. I am American and I have never found them rude, but it is a fairly ethnic Indian salon so I do get an occasional curious look from the girls there but not in an insulting way. It does get crowded on saturdays, but so do nail salons and just about everywhere else, so I make sure I go during the week.

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! The service is HORRIBLE!!! I would not recommend them to anyone! I went only for threading... they have ruined my brows, CUT ME!,and left behind hair on my face that I paid them to remove! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

for Men's hair cut... don't even think about going there .. they have no idea what they are doing there .. extremely unprofessional ... Please go somewhere else .. that's all i can say ..last time i went there, they ended up charging me twice on my credit card as when i asked for the copy ... they even don't know, how to print a copy from credit card machine ..They are just there to make money ... that's all ..
