ANTONIO from AAAA driving school is an excellent instructor, very patient, well mannered. He will happily answer any questions when you have your lessons, he is not the type who yells, is rude or intolerable. He explains to you what you need to do step by step. His instructions did not fail me on my road test, which I passed with no points on my exam. If you ask him to call you if there are any cancelation in his schedule he will, so that you could fill the spot. He will not rush you to speed up and pass the speed limit as I have experienced with another instructor Tom D. Speed limit is 25mph or below unless posted otherwise. Also their is a safe way to stop fast; not stoping on the break for the car to short stop because the car behind you could slam into you. I am a fairly new to driving and I know not to short stop.
I have given AAAA five stars because of Antonio, if it was not for him it would have been 0. I have had a very upsetting experience with an instructor Tom D, I would not recommend him for lessons and his prejudice character which I am taking up with the AAAA school. They did apologize to me for his actions, keep in mind not all of their instructors are like Tom. I would recommend asking to be scheduled with Antonio, be sure to schedule fast his schedule becomes booked quickly.
I would also recommend that the AAAA driving school allow Antonio to show the other instructors to instruct using his techniques.
Customer service was great, I have no complaints in that area. Thank you Bill, Ivon and Sherol (Staten Island sector).
Very funny instructor for the five hour class, Raymond Rosa. He also is good to warn students about mistakes they could potentially make on the road test, very helpful.
