- Terrible #25862

I agree with Jennifer. The first person who answered my phone call was very rude to me. I don't know if this is just the "Jersey" attitude, or if these people really are just plain rude? Either way, I did not have an enjoyable experience on the phone with AAA North Jersey.

- Poor #25864

Assistant quickly mapped out route and didn't want to answer questions...didn't mind but when we were on the road realized if she had answered some of the questions it would have saved me a lot of aggravation when the issues arrose that I was inquiring about!

It took me 45 minutes to get a call in to get my car towed. I've never dealt with customer service reps who were just so down right rude. What's sad for them is that I was calling on a free temporary membership card and now I'm definitely not going to join... and deal with this???
