Had a terrible time getting there in traffic. Arrived at 5:01 and door was locked, but they let me in and helped me complete my transaction (an international driver's permit pick-up). So grateful! Mary Ellen Penn was very courteous even though it was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend.

I went to purchase gift cards as part of my holiday shopping. I was immediately taken care of and the attendant could not have been more pleasant. I ordered a over thirty cards of varying denominations. Because there were no other customers when I first arrived, another attendant came to assist me as well until out of nowhere about 5 other customers arrived. At that point, one of the women who was in a small office came out to assist which I thought was good. All three women were efficient, and mild mannered, and holiday spirit filled. We all appeared to be there for complicated business so their demeanor was helpful in keeping those who remained waiting in good humor. I remain puzzled why a third woman in an office remained at her desk without concern for the now busy office.

first ever visit -- headed straight there after a dead battery required a jump. I was out within an hour; the service technician showed me what was wrong with the old battery, and that there were no drains that would prematurely kill the new one. The price was fair and the service was fast. Free coffee, plus a clean waiting room. All in all, a good experience.

I visited the AAA travel office/store several times recently before going to Niagara Falls.
Tracy was helpful and courteous. She was patient with the hotel in Canada making sure to ensure our needs were met. The gentleman at the front desk also assisted me in getting a replacement card. He was consistently pleasant on the 3 visits I had there, I would like to have given him a compliment by name. There was 1 person who we met at the main counter whom we purchased our Adventure Pass tickets from who was not as pleasant. She asted as if it was an inconvenience to serve us. My 2 children observed the same. All in all I like the location and the services offerred. .
