Horrible club service!!!! I have been a member for 15 years, and I needed service on 2/15/16 during a snow storm. I spoke with the sales rep Joe who told me my membership had not been paid. Once I told him I had bank statements to prove otherwise, he told me well I paid to the wrong AAA club and that I had to locate my funds, request a refund, and make another full payment in order to receive service. I asked to speak to a manager at that point. I spoke with Dawn who attempted to tell me the same thing. I explained to her that I am not a worker in their organization and as a customer for over 15 years, along with various members of my family, I would expect that they would do a better job with processing my payment. Dawn then asked where my car was located. When I told her it was in Newark, Nj she told me they were not servicing cars that were not on highways. I asked her was that policy or at a minimum were customers notified via email or letter and she told me no it was a decision she just made. I then asked her how were customers notified and Dawn told me when they called. I thank her for her service and hung up. I have never been so disrespected before and would not have expected it from such a reputable brand as AAA.
