-- He did a home inspection for me. He checked the exterior and interior of the home and did a quick check of the roof. His price was what he advertised on his website. He did charge me additional to provide estimates for work he recommended to be done. The price was fair for the service performed. The service was great! He emailed me a lengthy report. It was very detailed and thorough. I did call him back with questions and he responded that same day. He was also on time for the appointment.

Gregory Martins performed a detailed inspection of a new construction apartment that I am in the process of purchasing. He was able to point out issues that I would not have noticed on my own. It was a great inspection. Gregory was on time, and accommodated me on short notice. He left no stone unturned, and I was able to get the developer to make the necessary changes that he indicated in his report. I am very grateful.

We had damage from Hurricane Sandy to our basement/foundation. Requested an inspection/educated opinion on damage and changes in water levels surrounding the house. Inspection was thorough and accurate. The report formatted well and was submitted to the insurance company as verification of additional damage not submitted by the adjuster.
