Terrible Experience, Do not use this company if you expect high quality workmanship and great customer service.
From the very beginning, after we gave them a 50% deposit, it was a disaster.
The workmanship is terrible. The first thing their "best fabricator" did was install an entire section of fence along the driveway Not on the property line. So they had to ripp it out and put it back along the line but ended up still 5 inches short of it because they did not mark the ground.
Then they came back 4 days later when it was supposed to be the next day to do the rest of the fence. Poor workmanship again. Nothing was even, nails were sticking out through the cedar, the caps were not nailed in properly, I could lift them all off, they installed already warped wood. We asked them to fix all of the issues before going any further with the gates. That took about 2 weeks of having the salesman come out to look, make notes, give excuses, etc. Ok, they came back, fix one or two things, replaced pieces of warped wood with pieces of cracked and damaged wood!
Then the gates... every handle and piece of hardware was put on crooked. The small gate was uneven causing us not to be able to shut it completely with damp weather.
The driveway gates were next. Completely uneven posts, uneven and damaged poles in the ground for the latches, gate about a foot off of the ground, post not in deep enough and not cemented enough.
All of the main fence posts are twisting and warping and not level or even, and they barely used any cement to set them and did not install them deep enough. At this point it was 4 weeks. We finally had the owner come out because we were tired of the salesman, the office and the owner's nephew (Ted), not relaying all of the issues and not answering our calls or emails. The owner apologized and admitted it wasn't done properly and said that he would try to work on a solution for the posts. 2 weeks go by and nothing. We sent picture after picture to the office of all of the issues, asked when the owner (Bill) was going to tell us the plan. 4 days later my dog got out through the gate which was supposed to be fixed and was almost hit by a car. I was furious and called again. Finally he comes back out - 6 weeks from start of fence - and says his solution is to either take the fence back & give us our deposit back or keep it and fix it ourselves!
He said that it's good work for "the staff that he has" and his company does not usually take on customers like "us". Customers that expect good quality work! Can you believe that? He was so disrespectful, rude and sexist with me. Said to my husband, who is a contractor and works with wood everyday and pointed out all of the structural problems, that "I don't even want to talk to Her because she's like my wife and will never be satisfied"!
Bottom line: Improperly installed, crappy workmanship, no attention to detail, no communication, low standards, rude & disrespectful sexist owner. Now we are in mid June with a fence that is falling apart and can't move forward with finishing our yard so we can enjoy it.
Unbelievable.
