AAA Approved Appliance Repairs

You make an appointment, and they leave you hanging. They don't show up. Then you call the next day to get an answer as to why they didn't show, and they rudely explain that they are just too busy and unapologetic. The employees have no respect whatsoever for customers- one in particular named Rich..... He's immature, disgraceful, and sarcastic. He has no clue how to handle a customer. I tried having a civil conversation with him, but it went nowhere because of his lack of professionalism and continued sarcasm- which led me to become irrate, and he thought it was funny. So, he put me on speaker so that other employees can hear me. It became a comedy show to them. He did not care to speak to me. He continuously hung up on me. I called again to speak to a manager, and conveniently- he was out of town. POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.. And whoever said they don't charge a service fee is WRONG.

This company is a Rip off. They charged me 170.00 to repair a dishwasher. The next day the dishwasher did not work again, I called and called, they never called back. They took my money and left me with a shoddy repair job. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS !! Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed and call someone else. Complete robbers !!
