Was planning a car trip with my out of state sister. (I am on Long Island,NY & she's from Ct.)Needed to locate a municipal parking lot (or some safe place) where we could meet up en route to leave one car behind and join up into the other to continue our trip in one car. I am typing this review live as I am being assisted. Its 15 minutes & so far I've been put on hold twice and joined up with a 3rd assistant. (meanwhile they are very nice). After 20 minutes in total the 3rd assistant accessed a park & ride for me and gave me the towns phone # so I could contact the town directly. It is now 35 minutes on the phone with the 3rd lady. She has changed her screens and routes a few times for me to accommodate questions. Very Very helpful, patient, courtious, not at all condescending. Really great experience. She found everything I needed & we did it within 35-40 minutes in it's entirety.
When I tried to plan a different park & ride meeting place 2 weeks back it took me 3X that... at least 2 hours, probably 2 1/2+ hours. So this is definately a quicker way to go. Kudo's to YOU AAA!!!
