The service was excellent, attentive to my questions, delivery was fast via UPS Ground 3 days. The down comforter: Calla Lily is by far the best I have ever purchased and this isn't even the top of the line for this company. Very,very, very good value and quality in craftsmanship. I will never shop at a big box store again, this small company does everything right. Very good advice on the phone.. talked me out of a more expensive comforter. I came back and purchased 3 more comforters. I will be back for pillows. 30 day return policy, but after unzipping the bag.. and see the down spring up... I was completely sold! WONDERFUL!
