My experience with A1A Express Auto Shipping was excellent! I shipped my sons car to him from California to Indiana and the company was extremely professional from the 1st time I contacted them until the car was delivered to my son. The driver was also on time, honest and very easy to communicate with when we arranged for pick up and for delivery to my son. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A!A Express Auto shipping and/or to use them again in the future!

I had dealt with several different brokers and trucking companies to transport pickups and this outfit is the best. They are always reachable at the office and quick to return calls about the job in progress. More discerning about who does the actual hauling and tough to beat on price.

Excellent company. They seem to have it well put together and will address all your concerns. They won't give you unreasonable expectations. I was very happy to see that when I called during their business hours someone actually answered the phones right away. It seems most companies in this industry make you leave a message and then call you back at their convenience not the case with A1A. I am glad to find this company as my move was stressful enough already without the hassles of coordinating a vehicle pick up.

Just got a quote from these guys, they were well over quotes from competitors. I politely declined their offer and their reply was the competitors won't tell you that prices fluctuate and that I have a rather large vehicle. Well unfortunately for them, I am in transportation and logistics and am well aware of the bait and switch tactics of these companies.

Heed my warning, once you get a quote and agree on a price with these companies, get it on PAPER in WRITING as a CONTRACT for service and you will not have to worry about "fluctuations". These guys obviously do not own their own auto transport equipment so when they are unable to find or fill a truck, they come back with a higher rate because they under bid you and are not making any money. I am so glad I read the reviews before replying because they already pulled the "price fluctuation and large vehicle" bit before I even did business with them. I'm sure I would have been put through the same hassle as the other people on here if I signed on with them.

I gave them 5 stars because the company that transported my vehicle were fantastic. A1A has a good customer support group and they were always available when I had a question. I wish I had prior knowledge of all the factors that are involved in setting up a transport. Mainly, giving them enough time to find a transporter if you do not live in a populated area. The time you schedule for them to have your vehicle picked up could not be ideal. Give any transport company a window of when they can get the vehicle picked up like a week or two time span if possible. If your pick up is scheduled during the holiday that may delay pick up times as well. All the info above is tips for any transport company you use because they all mainly work off the same system. The price was fair and they do good business.
