Customer Service needs to do a 360 - They made a mistake on our order whereas the quality was very poor on the suede print - when we tried to explain this to them and even had pictures of the print we had gotten w/ them before which was much better quality, it was like pulling teeth just to get them to admit that it was indeed wrong. Once they finally did admit it, we didn't even get an apology from them about the mistake. Then when they finally agreed to re- do them, they reprinted them and left out the inside image! So now our 2nd batch was wrong. so we didn't even have the correct kippot for our event. This was a pretty terrible experience overall.

I ordered my sons Kippahs in a panic last minute , 8 days before my sons Bar Mitzvah and they got here in 2 days !!!!!! Thank you for easing this jewish mommies nerves . Highly recommend !!!!! When I called the woman on the phone was so kind and said no worries and she was correct !!!!!!

We had a great experience with A1 Skullcap. We wanted tie dyed kippot for my son's Bar Mitzvah and couldn't find them anywhere. So I had the fabric dyed and sent to A1 to turn into kippot. They did an awesome job! The turn around time was great, the price was totally reasonable, and they were responsive to my emails. Now have a unique, totally cool kippah for my son's big day thanks to A1!
