A1 Property Management

BEWARE!!!!!! You WILL get screwed! They will NOT respond as property managers. So awful our entire building had to take them to court. Terrible, terrible company.

If Nazis were looking to rent and they had to deal with these people, even they would say that A1/JCNB is full of brainless, greedy supine troglodytes. The employees at this office of meandering morons never seem to have any idea what to do, which I suspect is due to the fact that the only qualification for working here is breathing.

They will attempt to raise your rent without legal notice, fail to reply to your urgent inquiries, and generally fail at the qualifications of being halfway decent property managers. I have never before had landlords/property managers who I actively wished would fall into large vats of cockroaches, though I somehow doubt even the cockroaches would want to bother with these bundles of skin-covered mastodon dung.

There will never be just one or two people who handle your property. You'll get calls from one person or the other or some strange person who most definitely doesn't speak fluent English, sometimes making you feel like you're speaking to a Nigerian prince. Actually, that might be completely apt, given that they only seem to be interested in taking your money without fulfilling their side of the bargain that is tenancy.

Oh, and let's not forget the incredibly strange structure of their 'company,' which I have come to surmise is a great cover for money laundering or drug smuggling or DVD bootlegging or VCR fornication or whatever strange kink that they're into. There's A1, there's JCNB, and there's a third company that I really couldn't care to know about because I don't want to dedicate any more brain cells to these carcinogenic meat toasters than I already have to. The relationship between them is strange enough, and I've been tempted to call the FBI just to say that these guys are so stupid that they might be breaking federal law without even knowing it.

Avoid them. If you see their name on a property, shock yourself, pinch yourself, whatever. Get it conditioned in your mind that there will be pain whenever you see the JCNB/A1 logo anywhere you go, because these incompetent paint lickers only know how to do just that.

Disgusting people. The manager, Dania Molina, is a nightmare. She lies about everything and blames the tenants for everything instead of dealing with problems she and the other employees create. And the owners are just as bad, so don't expect any help from them. DISGUSTING PEOPLE, giving slumlords a bad name.

worst rental properties, took away my deposit citing unreasonable reasons, very rude staff with no enhancement and maintenance support....

now I'm filing a complaint in small court to dispute their charges and recover my deposit.

Renter be ware! Zuzanna Kessler and her company seemed to be very nice when we were renting from her company but she continued to raise the rent high then when we moved out made charges for the smallest infractions that already existed before we moved in. We never documented it and even though she verbally agreed they were pre existing she still charged us over 1,000 out of our security deposit. This is how she makes her money! Renter be ware document everything! Or save your self the head ache and find a different property management company to rent from! I wish we would have Googled her name to see the law suits already against her company.
