Highly disappointed with customer service. I took my car there today right after someone drove over a yogurt in a parking lot, resulting in my car getting covered in it. When I got there I explained what had happened and the guy in charge told me it might not all come off, which I found hard to believe since it was coming off as I touched it, but I understood he couldn't make me any promises. I only wanted the basic interior/exterior wash, which he scoffed at rudely while trying to sell me more items--again annoying, but understandable. As the men at the beginning of the car wash were scrubbing my car's wheels and sides as they always do, I appreciated that they were trying to get the yogurt off of my car, but could not believe my eyes when the man in charge whom I had originally explained the situation to came over to them and made them stop. There was not an outrageous line of cars waiting, they were not spending an excessive amount of time on my car....yet he still made them stop trying to properly clean my car. Completely unacceptable after I had just shelled out cash to have my car washed and explained the situation. I especially couldn't believe he did it someplace where everyone could see--obviously he only cared about the money, and not what customers would think. I have been a customer at this car wash all my life, but I will never be returning here again and I will warn family and friends not to use them as well, as they clearly do not put the customer first and money is their only concern.

I was there this morning to have my all black (inside and out) CR-V for an ultimate wash. I had to take my dog to the vet numerous times over the past few weeks, so my car was full of dog hair.

When I got the car back, the front interior of it looked fine (although they never asked to or put a scent in there like they usually do) but the back still had dog hair on it. Although there was a lot less than there was originally, there still was enough to show that they didn't vacuum as well as they should.

I was unfortunately already home when I noticed this, and didn't go back to complain. I've been to other places with the dog hair problem, and my car has come out like new. This place shouldn't be any different. I was very disappointed.
