I had the opposite experience, fast, professional, thorough. Boardup in 1 hour after call, cleanup bagan 3 hours later, two days with a wonderful crew of courteous diligent people who respected our books and paintings and cleaned and boxed everything. Rest of the house was airsealed first, as was the demolition area from the cleanup area. 100% covered by our insurance, we were back in with the heat on before any freeze damage could occur.
