Without ever paddleboarding before in my life, my adventurous side convinced me to sign up for the 6 pack of classes of SUP yoga at the beginning of the summer. I Am so glad I did the 6 classes, I enjoyed them so much that I signed up for more to get me through the rest of the summer.

Amy is a kind, patient and encouraging instructor. She is very friendly and has a positive attitude.

The classes take place either in a cove on the bay or in the marina, both equally beautiful and unique in scenery and atmosphere. Amy walks you through each yoga pose and brings new variations to each class. I never felt like I couldn't do it, and attempted each pose, even if I did fall in, at least I tried.
With each class I made improvements and got more relaxed and adventurous in my yoga poses while standing on the paddle board.
These Classes were the highlight of my rockaway staycation.
I definitely highly recommend A-team paddleboarding sup yoga!

Ateam paddleboarding is the best! I've never been on a paddleboard prior to this, but my friend and I decided to go for it and bought a 6 class package. Smart choice. I've never had so much fun working out. I've lost count how many classes I took this summer. I'm totally addicted and don't know what I'm going to do when the season is over. Mind you this is coming from the girl who absolutely refused too stand up on the board my first class. Amy is a great instructor. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Added to the fact that you're on the water, viewing some amazing sites and hearing the water, it's like a mini vacation for your mind and senses.
Andrew is great as well.

Great owners and great attention to new customers. Can't wait to go back for some full moon torus this summer.
