A Secret Garden

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email. When I learned that the flowers were not delivered, I called A Secret Garden. Unfortunately the staff person was immediately defensive and very rude. She insisted she'd sent an email letting me know that she could not fulfill the order but I never received it (and I scoured my junk and spam boxes) and refused to take even the slightest bit of responsibility (in such a case a proactive phone call would have been appropriate).
