I have mixed feelings...although I do believe they do a great job...They really need to adjust their policy reagrding cancellations and sickness.

I had to cancel an appt b/c I was sick...and since it was less than 24 hours they charged me anyway.
Unless they would rather I come in to their office and infect everyone with my cold.
Makes no sense and is ethically wrong in my opinion.

It sucks that you missed the appointment. But just like a shrink, when you buy the time, you buy the time. Don't blame them for their policy.

I was a faithful and regular client for years and just recently missed an appointment because I had the wrong time noted on my calendar due to a recent change in time zones. Honest mistake. I even rescheduled for the same day but they still charged me the full price for the appointment I missed. I had to pay $100 for services I did not receive. In a client service industry a business owner should have the good sense to make exceptions to their rules for faithful clients. You can either continue to profit off a client for years to come or be uncompromising and lose them for good. Really disappointed and disgusted with this company. They have zero appreciation for their clients. I will never return.

Is the best Electrologist ever. I have gone to different electrologists for years and the hairs kept coming back until I found Ronni. Now i go a couple of times a year for clean-up. When Ronni gets a hair it's gone forever. She is the best!
