I went into this repair shop and thought it was pretty fishy that these guys are located in the basement of a house. I thought to myself well other businesses have offices in their homes so why not listen to their sales pitch and see if i felt comfortable with them fixing my laptop. I spoke with this guy named Angel their he told me their was a bench tech fee for diagnosing the machine 35 dollars he said ok. but then he was an additional 95 dollars to continue the repair and more money for parts if i needed them. When I started trying to explain what the problem was to get a general idea of the cost of the repair he started to B.S. me this guy didn't know what he was talking about, I felt so uncomfortable like he was trying to rip me off. Little did he know that i researched my problem and all i wanted to see was that he was knowledgeable on what i needed him to do. He spoke to me like I was uninformed and was more concerned with making the money then providing me with good service. I would be weary about going here these guys seem like the type to swap parts out or sell you used parts for the price of a new one. I ended up going somewhere else for my repair.. Trust them at your own discretion

This repair shop gets the job done with integrity. I recently brought in my laptop & it was checked, cleaned, diagnosed right away. He was honest with his advise and said I should probably consider a new laptop instead of fixing it. In the end I canceled the repair & they worked with me 100% being quick and attentive. I was expecting my raw hard drive and I got a transferred clean copy with cord. They are professional, honest and quick I highly recommend. Thanks!

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE. I had dropped two items there, an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2, and was told they would be ready in a few hours. It took them THREE DAYS before my items were returned to me, and I was forced to constantly call them checking the status of my items, as they would never make good on promises to call me back. They replaced the cracked Gorilla Glass with a much cheaper material. The back glass plate of the iPhone doesn't even have the Apple logo imprinted on it. It is located in a shady location and the owner and workers themselves seemed suspect. Theres not even a store to go into, instead you must make your way into a basement of a house and wait for service in a small room the size of an elevator. And the glass on the iPad has already developed a fracture in the glass with NO DROP, just simply placing it on the table. I also have reason to believe my items were dishonestly tampered. I highly recommend refraining from using this service if you are able to find any other option.
