A Personal Touch Florist

I orderers flowers for my mom for Valentine's Day and they delivered them to a neighbor instead - on purpose as my mother did not come to the door right away. They said it was 'their policy' which I was not informed of when I ordered. When I called at 5pm on Valentines day because my mom advised that she never received the flowers, the person who answered was surly and made me feel like I was crazy for not expecting them to deliver the flowers to a Neighbor if she did not answer in time - who my mother does not even know. They told me that my mother could pick up the flowers at the neighbor's house. Once I explained that my mother is a senior citizen, who uses a walker and it also happened to be snowing, the flowers showed up at my mom's house within 90 minutes.

So, while the product was good (flowers), the service was terrible (did not explain their absurd policy, did not inform me of the delivery to another address, and was rude when I found out from my mom and called) but they did fix it after I complained. I will not be using them again and would tell everyone to be clear when ordering about what the 'company policy' is about deliveries to the actual address specified. For about $100 I do expect better service than this. I have used this Florist several times in the past and was very disappointed - what should have been a happy thing turned out to be a very frustrating experience.

My daughter had an upcoming father daughter dance, so of course we needed a beautiful corsage for the big event! The first few florists I called weren't very willing to accommodate us in making a small size,but Personal Touch was. I reached out to John the owner and he was more than willing to take my order. His prices are great, and his service is even better! He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and even made a suggestion in regards to a coordinating ribbon to match her dress. The corsage came out beautiful and my daughter was over the moon about it. Great florist!

Called on the way to work to order some flowers for my girlfriend. She got a huge bouquet of an assortment of flowers very promptly. For the price I payed it was an incredible deal. Will definitely use them again...

Im always scared to order flowers online because of past experience, I called A Personal Touch Florist about an arrangement from their website and he offered me something much better for the same price. Well when I picked up my arrangement, it was BEAUTIFUL and full of life!!! I have recommended this florist to several of my friends. My wife loved the arrangement I purchased for her birthday.
