We had a big house exterior repair/renovation project, which included waterproofing the house, rebuilding 3 feet of brick parapet on the roof and installing new copings, rebuilding back steps, installing new aluminum railings, and installing natural stone veneers on the steps and fence base. This job was done by Tony's Masonry and A.N.S. Restoration.
I have to say that these guys are amazing! They truly live up to their motto "Done once, done right".
Tim, Val, and Tony of Tony's Masonry and Nick and Tony of A.N.S. Restoration, and their crew are all professionals of the highest caliber. They are all very hard-working, very knowledgeable, meticulous people. The quality of their work and attention to details is impeccable.
They worked fast, and even though we have encountered a number of unexpected problems (e.g., rebuilding the roof parapet was not originally anticipated) which added a few extra days to the project, they finished work ahead of schedule.
Nick and Tony (A.N.S. Restoration) did a wonderful job with the waterproofing. They pointed out and took care of a number of small problems we didn't know existed (e.g., changed a downspout, replaced vent covers, caulked every little crack, around foundation, around widows and vents).
When all work was completed, they left everything spotless.
We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend both Tony's Masonry and A.N.S. Restoration for any kind of exterior project. I know we will certainly work with them again in the future.
