This place is horrible. We have been waiting on a headstone to be installed for five months, I last spoke to someone in August and was told one week. Guess what I was told today when I called again to find out it wasn't installed? One week. Apparently they use a calendar that is completely different from the rest of the world. I was also told that I was being unreasonable and rude for not settling for that answer and demanding a specific date be given. Spare yourself and your family the stress and chaos of dealing with this company and go somewhere else.
