Exceptional doctor and staff! Jennifer was a pleasure to speak with while scheduling my first appointment. She was friendly, helpful, and very caring. Jennifer accommodated all of my needs and was able to secure me an appointment the same day I called! There was zero wait time in the office. Dr. Zimm was thorough and beyond knowledgeable. My experience with Dr. Zimm and his receptionist, Jennifer, could not have been any more exceptional and professional. Jennifer has excellent customer service skills, very gracious, and makes you feel very welcomed and at ease. Dr. Zimm is the type of physician you wish all your physicians would be. He is very caring, listens and understands all your concerns, and will explain the best way to achieve your goals. Prior to finding Dr. Zimm, I had gone to a laser skin spa and unfortunately, I wasted a lot of money on fillers. When Dr. Zimm gives a filler, the results have always been positive and he was even able to correct the bumps under my eyes caused by the residuals of a filler given previously by the laser skin spa. Dr. Zimm is truly an artist and a master at his profession.
