Hi, I have had the pleasant experience of dealing with Mr. Papp and his staff and I must say that this was the best home inspection report and process I have seen. I've purchased or assisted in (son in law, etc) many houses over time and this was the most comprehensive report and thorough inspection so far. The report is written in a narrative style with a lot of pictures and detail. This is worth the price not only for the job done, but also for possible negotations. Most of the time you get a carbon paper type check off with little detail. This is much different and far superior. It's almost like a book about your potential purchase. I must give 5 stars and two thumbs up. Thanks Mr. Papp.
PS- if you've never had a home inspection done before- always do it- and this is the way to go!
