Walked in without an appointment and encountered Mimi. Mimi is simply the BEST. She's knowledgeable, talented, and QUICK. My hair has never looked so soft, so bouncy, or so healthy.

An added bonus is how friendly Mimi is. The time she spent doing my hair was like catching up with an old friend. When she finished my wash and blow dry, I felt so torn. On one hand, I didn't want to leave because I enjoyed her company so much. On the other hand, I couldn't wait to hit the streets to show off her expert handiwork.

Went in for color and cut and showed a picture of a long bob. Had long hair and came out with a choppy extra layered "bob". I cried!!!

The stylist felt really bad but the owner stayed with his customer in the ne next chair and his solution for the problem was, "if you dont like it in 2 weeks i will fix it and not charge"

Why couldnt he fix it there? Now i have to wait to weeks for them to fix it? Never lettig them touch my hair again, and although they didn't charge me for this bad cut, the damage is done. Im stuck with extra choppy bad layers- cant believe the owner felt it was ok for me to leave like that. Bad experience!

Never again!
