A Family Dental Group

Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at Family Dental. I have had trouble getting my daughters cavities filled for 2 years now. She was extremely scared, where I would walk out of the dentists office disappointed that they couldn't get filled.

I am extremely thrilled that today my 6 year old daughter has finally had her cavities filled. I don't know what he did, or how he did it, but Dr. Alan is an angel!! He made my daughter feel so comfortable, and she didn't give him a hard time to fill in her cavities.

My husband took her to her visit today, so I was sure the fillings didn't happen. To my surprise I come home and she runs to me so excited about her visit today, and about how wonderful Dr. Alan was. They even let her participate in singing happy birthday to a fellow employee.

Needless to say, I will continue coming here for all my families dental needs. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dr. Alan!

I never liked going to the dentist, but Dr. Alan Jacob and his staff always manage to put me at ease. He cares about his patients, both he and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. They make my visits as pain free as possible. I do not hesitate to refer him to anyone needing dental care.

In the past couple of years, I've needed extensive work done on my teeth. He discussed the various options that were available to me, listened to my concerns, and together decided on a solution that best worked for me.

Im one of those guys that has the worst phobia's when it comes to the dentist. After googling dentists that cater towards people with phobia's I tried several dentists without the results I was looking for. Someone recommended Dr. Alan Jacob so I thought I would give it a try. I cant even begin to say how at ease I am at Family Dental Group. Dr. Alan Jacob definitely is the guy you want to see if your afraid of going to the dentist. Even if you don't fear the dentist Dr. Jacob has the best bedside manner and is no doubt the most approachable dentist ive ever had. He went over my Xrays in detail for about 1/2 hour and laid out the best plan for me with careful consideration to my financial situation and my work schedule. As a technologist I can clearly see he is using the latest and greatest. I can honestly say I no longer sit in the waiting room panic stricken. He actually makes the visit enjoyable. I never thought I would ever say that about any dentist.I found my dentist for life. Thanks Dr Jacob your the best! Dean La Prete

I have been seeing Dr. Alan Jacob for a few years now, and have always had an exceptional experience. His demeanor, and how he treats his patients is quality care at its highest level. As a person with an incredible fear of the dentist chair; I could not imagine having any other Dr. treat me. Dr. Alan truly cares about his work, and his patients and takes pride in all that he does. I especially like the fact that he takes time to explain his method, and what his recommendations are. I was recommended there by family friends years ago, and I have since passed on the word to others looking for quality dental care. The staff is friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They have always worked with me to fit me in for a schedule or any other issues I may have. Dr. Jerrold Jacob is very friendly, and always takes time out to say hello and talk to everyone in the office, regardless if you are his patient or not. I can also say Diane has given me the best cleanings I have ever received. Overall, top notch service, customer care and follow-up, and best Dr. around. I still may not like the dentist chair, but this is the only place I will come back to!

I have been going here for over 20 years and honestly can't see myself ever going anywhere else. Dr. Alan is top notch and really cares about his patients. He has always explained everything in terms I could understand and helped me make informed decisions regarding the options I had. The staff is very friendly and caring as well. It truly feels like visiting family whenever I go in.
