A Cleaner City

You get what you paid for - rock-bottom service for rock-bottom prices. Yet most of the time they get the job done just fine, and they are fast too!

Worst dry cleaners ever. The first time I had pants dry cleaned there they cleaned off the printed on logo that was on the pants therefor ruining my $50 pair of pants. This time I was overcharged for my jacket and I went back in and told them. The lady informed me that it had to be done on pick up. I told the man at pickup this and he just said oh well basically and that prices went up. I again said that I have this jacket cleaned here at least once a month and it has always been half of what you are charging me now. He claimed inflation, but when all the other prices went up 50 cents why would the price for a jacket double?

After being a customer for several years (since they opened up pretty much), today I told them they lost my business. I had several pairs of slacks for cleaning. Showed them stains I wanted removed. Got them back - pressed, but stains there. Pointed them out - they said no problem, will fix. Got them back - same spots, same condition. I told the lady (sounded like an owner) that if they didn't manage to clean after 2 attempts, I'd like to get my money back. What I heard back was horrible! Absolute lack of respect for the customer.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Had my pants cleaned there multiple time and they were fine. BUT, ever since the place went under new management, the clothes were returned neatly folded but NOT clean!!! The first time I though it must've been an accident but it happened AGAIN. The second time I picked up my clothes, I wanted to check to make sure they were actually clean this time but the asian guy started yelling for checking at the store. So I went outside and checked, and of course they weren't clean.

I would definitely not recommend this place.
There are plenty of other places with better service in town.

Incredibly rude service. They lost my clothes which was worth about 500$. I even sent them pictures of what it looks like. But they kept saying that they don't have it. And the Asian man, i think the manager, didn't even care. DO NOT GO THERE.
