I went there to do my income tax return and ended up getting a very rude accountant. I gave him all the necessary paper work and as soon as I mentioned that I had some other income other than my W-2 to report, he immediately started talking like a rude and angry man to get me out of his office. Apparently, whenever someone needs some real tax work, other than a W-2, done (Schedule C in my case), they try to shove you out of their office because they don't want to work. Horrible experience and I won't ever be going back.
