A Better Alternative Medical Center

Please note that I am not complaining about the lab tech. She was very nice and she did the best she could. I understand that it is not the Lab Tech's responsibility to enter the test into the system. Whoever your assistant was at the time failed to leave her the files and she could only go by what was in the system. In my opinion, your lab tech was very qualify.
However, in my opinion, your office is in need of a good assistant to ensure that the information is entered correctly.
Please note that I understand there is a follow up process. I tried to be patient with your office; however, the services received are far below the cost of your services.

My experience was HORRIBLE!!! OVER PRICED AND NEGLIGENT STAFFING!
1) Every time I went to Better Alternative, the Doctor kept telling me of missing test that were not performed and I kept needing to reschedule. This Doctor/Staff was very negligent and non-apologetic. (being that all the test were done at the office, their negligence is unacceptable.)
2) During the one hour consultation, the Doctor kept talking about personal stories that I did not care about. This made the time of my actual consultation 20-30 minutes long. I think is unprofessional to talk about singing career and/or personal life stories while I am being charged for that time.
3) After the 5th visit, I was told that I was missing more test that she forgot to request. My patience ran out when on my 5th visit, the doctor admitted that due to my symptoms she should've ordered them on the first visit.
4) when I decided to go to another Doctor and requested copies of my records, I was never given copies of all my test results because "the office printer did not have ink". I was told that records will be mailed to me. Needless to say, that after requesting the records many times, I never received these records.
5) Once I started going to another Doctor on the very first visit, I was given a diagnosis and all the test were done on the first visit. The time spent with the new Doctor was twice as long and half of the price of Better Alternative.
I can't stress enough that I feel this Doctor is a rip off.
