The owner quotes cheaper price over phone OR he will quote cheaper price when you visit the store. But they will charge you more when you actually purchase the item.
Another problem is during your first one or two purchase, owner charges cheaper price, but you go in 3rd or 4th time and purchase the same item and you will notice that he charged you more. They don't understand the concept of building trust with repeat customers. Don't trust them.
The employee who is a young guy gives very good customer service, but because he is employee he has no control over pricing and return policy.
my advice: Don't trust them, go to the store when the owner is not there.
