More than a family. Not everybody knows how to be truly supportive when you loose someone. Not everybody knows the right words to say or when to be silent... even your own family.
My husband died in an accident overseas. Not only did I have to face telling my kids about it but also deal with the bureaucracy of bringing him to the US for burial. Steven & Ryan, as well as the rest of their team made it happen. Every concern that I had was addressed promptly. They felt my pain and it was genuine. They are great professionals and simply a great group of people!!!!
