AWFUL customer service. The owner seems pleasant enough, but when you attempt to get him via telephone, you cannot. If you go to his shop in the hopes of him being there, he won't be. To top it all off, when i went to pick up my car it was damaged. Not the original collision, but an additional one. There is a young man there who answers the telephone, but has no relevant information. They did a good job repairing the damage that I originally brought it in with, but as I stated previously, the customer service is AWFUL!!!!!
