Today at 1:05pm July 13th, 2014 I witnessed one of your delivery vans speeding at speeds of at least 50+ mph on E. Kinney from Adams St. heading towards Jefferson turning the corner where Nasto's Ice Creame Parlor is located trying to beat the traffic signal.
The driver was a white male mid 50's with little or no hair.
There is no excuse for this on a Sunday afternoon. If it happens again I'll capture this on video and file a formal complaint at our local police department, and post this idiocracy on youtube.
Please note that when I attempted to call your store to bring this to the attention to the manager, I was put on hold for a long duration, eventually I hung up. Thus, the reason for my post.

Seabras is great. For basics, best bread, yummy olives and spanish cheeses, and they stock hard to find ethnic foods - peruvian, brazilian, and much more. Try the brazilian desert mixes. They have a great selection of affordable produce year round and have a small organic section. The fish monger can usually recommend a fresh fish and when they have them, the clams are wonderful. My only complaint is actually a bonus, they do not sell english language magazines, but it is kind of fun to browse spanish vogue and home decor mags.

A few months ago while shopping at Wilson Ave. Seabras, I was at the deli getting cold cuts when another couple and I noticed a roach crawling on a piece of uncovered ham in the glass case. I brought it to the clerk’s attention where she quickly made an attempt to rid the roach. She then “smashed” the roach, and wiped it away with a towel. That’s when I awaited to see what she’d do next, and to my dismay, she put the tray with the infested ham back on the shelf for sale. I immediately went to seek the store manager Carlos, to report the incident. The clerk confirmed the incident. I told Carlos that I was going to call the Board of Health; however, as days elapsed I neglected to follow through until now.
On Saturday, October 25th, at 8:01 pm, I decided to stop at Seabras for the first time since the last incident. As I was choosing some chestnuts, I heard a scratching noise on the floor. I looked and saw a RAT, not a mouse; but a RAT, running across the floor. Another customer was there also, but just laughed it off. Again, I sought the manager named Anthony, to report the incident! He was not surprised and prefaced that he was well aware of the situation, and had notified the owners. This time, I’m following through with my promise by reporting this grotesque problem to the Board of Health for a full investigation, and extending the deplorable conditions at SEABRAS to the local Portuguese community newspaper as well. SEABRA’S….SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
