A & B Glass and Mirror Corporation

I called last week to schedule for someone to come in and give our company a free estimate. A guy named Anthony called me scheduling he would be coming to our office Thursday. He called to reschedule for an early appointment Friday morning around 9am. He didnt show up until around 130pm. Anthony gave us a price and I called him back the same day (Friday) to schedule him to come in this week to do the window. He never called back, so I called him again on Tuesday asking if he could come and do the work. He said he'd be here today (Thursday) at 9am. 45mins go by with no call from him or his company. So I called him to ask if he was still coming in and he told he was sending someone to us at 11am. It is now 216pm and we haven't received a phone call or has anyone shown up to the office. Very unprofessional and I thought this would be easier because they're so close to our location.

Have a window broken out by Sandy. A&B was scheduled to repair it but kept us hanging on 3 separate days without explanation. After 7 weeks we have to start again to find another company to do the work.
